DIRT DIRECT OFFROAD SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY RETURNS:

30 DAY REFUND POLICY:

No Exceptions will be made outside of 30 days

  • DDOR warrantied products do not fall under the terms of this return policy Customer is responsible for all freight fees associated with return.

  • Packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. If your return is postmarked after this time frame, your return will be denied and you will be billed for freight charges
  • A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from your return
  • Refund will be granted and credited back to the original payment form. Please allow 3 business days after the product has been received by Dirt Direct Offroad.
  • It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit and for your account to reflect the credit.

DDOR PRODUCTS that include a lifetime warranty are excluded from this return policy- for DDOR product warranty returns buyer is responsible for shipping costs to us. When making a claim for a DDOR Product email info@dirtdirectoffroad.com with “DDOR Product Warranty” in the subject line.

RETURNING AN ORDER: 

When making a return, email sales@dirtdirectoffroad.com with the order number and “Return” in the subject-line.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Canceling an order is easy if the item has not yet shipped from our warehouse or from the manufacturer’s warehouse. If the item has shipped the cancellation would then be processed as a return once the item has been delivered.

When canceling an order, email sales@dirtdirectoffroad.com with the order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line. Example: Order 2222 Cancellation


NON-RETURNS:

The following disqualifies returns: scratched or used items, items that have been installed, modified items, incomplete items, items not in original packaging, custom orders, items purchased on clearance, items that have been painted or powder coated.
